Being Human: The First Step Toward Liberation
Perception is a choice we make as human beings.
Taking ownership of our life means taking ownership of our choices. It means accepting that how we see the world, how we respond to situations, and how we walk our path are ultimately our responsibility.
For example, many people say, “I am going with the flow.”
Going with the flow is not passive. It is a conscious decision. It means choosing to accept life as it unfolds without constantly blaming others, circumstances, or fate. It means being willing to embrace whatever consequences arise from that choice.
There is nothing wrong with going with the flow. In fact, it can be a beautiful way to live. But when you choose that path, be prepared to accept the outcomes that come with it.
Walk your talk.
Laziness vs. Boredom
Many people confuse laziness with boredom, but they are not the same.
Laziness is becoming a slave to the zombie mind β the part of us that prefers comfort over growth and avoids effort even when action is required.
Boredom is often an escape from taking action in life. It can be a way of avoiding responsibility, purpose, or meaningful engagement.
Neither laziness nor boredom is inherently wrong.
They only become problematic when we complain about them.
The moment we complain, action becomes necessary.
The Trap of Avoidance
Avoidance is one of the most common human behaviors.
We avoid difficult conversations.
We avoid decisions.
We avoid truth.
We avoid endings.
But when you avoid life, life begins to avoid you.
If you choose to walk away from something, do so consciously. Give it closure. Put a full stop where a full stop is needed.
Avoidance without closure creates what I call a hell loop.
The same lessons repeat.
The same emotions return.
The same situations appear in different forms.
Until we finally face what we have been avoiding.
Reality becomes lighter when we stop running from it.
Self-Work and Self-Care
Self-work and self-care are essential parts of being human.
They are not done for society.
They are not done for approval.
They are not done to impress others.
They are done for oneself.
The more responsibility we take for our own healing, growth, and wellbeing, the more freedom we experience.
Own your talk.
Own your walk.
The Hell Loop Is a Human Creation
The hell loop is not created by the Divine.
It is a choice we make.
Life constantly offers opportunities for growth, healing, change, and awakening.
Yet many of us remain trapped because of attachment, fear, desires, social conditioning, status, identity, and the stories we tell ourselves.
We become so focused on maintaining an image that we forget something simple:
We are human.
Embracing Humanity
Being human is not about winning.
Being human is not about losing.
Being human is about living fully.
It is about living without the blame game.
Without avoidance.
Without fear.
With ownership.
With honesty.
With authenticity.
Whatever we do in life, we should be able to talk about it openly and stand by it with integrity.
A Gentle Reminder
You may be wondering why I share messages like this.
They are gentle reminders.
Be human.
Before you become a spiritual person.
Before you become a wealthy person.
Before you become a businessperson.
Before you become a powerful person.
Be human.
Because being human is freedom.
Being human is the path toward liberation.
And being human is not limited to our instincts. It also means taking responsibility for those instincts rather than being controlled by them.
A Blessing
Blessings to all my fellow humans who are courageously walking their path and living their life.
May liberation embrace each one of you.
And remember:
The first liberation is liberation from your own thoughts.
